Meet the talented artists responsible for our music.
James Hagarty
Producer
James Hagarty, aka Jay Williams, was born into a family that enjoyed a wide variety of music—constantly—his love of music began at a young age. DJ’s parties in High School, and got involved in FM radio during college. Before the days of Spotify, he streamed for years on Live 365, until finally discovering a site called HitRECord in 2015 where he found renewed passion for music and music production.
Current focus: Music production for commercial licensing. He is building a catalog of songs to license to movie and TV studios
Heather Rachael
Vocalist, Songwriter
When Heather was young, she used to stare out of her window making up songs. She hit the MySpace Karaoke scene with a $10 drugstore microphone and loads of enthusiasm. Her success in contests judged by record labels gave her the confidence to turn her immense love for singing and songwriting professional. Raising three boys, it hasn’t always been a continuous path, but she has always been a creator, heart and soul.
She is thrilled to have found Jay, Noelle and the others at JWP, who embrace working collaboratively. For her, the endeavor is about the love of music and the people she has been most blessed to work with on this journey. Her message for others is that anyone can make music anytime anywhere on any budget and even make an album if that is the dream.
Anne House
Producer, Songwriter
After performing in show bands and working as a production technician on concerts of all sizes, Anne began writing and recording her own music. Anne is a cowriter on Jay’s team, ghostwrites for an internet based novelty act and is the host of song & lyric feedback workshops for Robin Frederick.
Subhrojyoti
Singer, Songwriter
Subhrojyoti is a singer, songwriter and producer from Pune, India and is a scientist by profession. Subhrojyoti pursues music as a solo artist . He writes, performs, arranges and produces his own music. He has won multiple awards including the effigy award given by the ABC Radio Networks based in the USA. He has been featured in multiple news and media articles and radio shows such as the radio mirchi spotlight at Pune. He founded the amateur songwriters group Pune songwriters unfolded and he chairs and coordinates the activities within this forum.
His live performances include his original songs as well as covers from his favourite bands belonging mostly to the rock, soft rock and world genres. He took multiple training in music production and therapy over the years.

Shalee Gherbaz

Shalee Gherbaz is a vocalist topliner from Melbourne, Australia who is represented by The Write Girls Publishing. Shalee predominantly works in the pop sphere (K-pop, jpop and western pop) and has had the opportunity to directly pitch to artists such as GAIN, Nissy, Juliàn Colour and BTS. Shalee’s honest and catchy lyrical hooks and dynamic melodies make her a strong, emerging voice in the industry. Rosanna Angela
Singer-Songwriter
Rosanna Angela is a singer-songwriter whose work leans toward contemplative and existential-type of lyrics. She has been sporadically writing songs since her teens but only became prolific on a website called HitRecord, after losing her father in 2017. That is where she virtually met and worked with Jay Williams, who later invited her to collaborate with him outside the site. Rosanna has ever since taken music production seriously, taking steps to improve and educate herself both in terms of artistry as well as the business aspects of the field.
Irwin Abrigo
Songwriter
Irwin Abrigo is a songwriter from Georgetown, GY. He has worked on a wide variety of tracks with Jay Williams Productions, including our latest patriotic country song I am an American.
